CHEBOYGAN CATHOLIC HIGH REUNION MEETING
Present: Char Swiderek, Mary Mervis, Mary Ann Stillwell Margaret Beethem, Chris Lindsay, Tony Stempky, Janet Danneels, Marcia Lake, Ann Marie Farrell, Pete Chimner, Gee Watson, Pam DeMuth, Eileen Brandt, Mary Gaynor, Mattie Blaskowski, Shody LaHaie
- Introductions made.
- Distributed invites and stamps. Anyone needing more please contact Char Swiderek at 231-420-1574. Please try to get them in the mail by March 15th or as soon as you can.
Old Business:
- Gee Watson stated that Louie Fournier has not gotten a save the date card yet. He is a member of the class of 1964 so Mary Mervis will try to get an address for him. Gee thinks he lives in Milwaukee.
New Business:
- Contract from Joe Kwiatkowski regarding the music has been received by Rick Swiderek via a hand shake.
- Invitations were donated to us by Scott Beard from Straits Area Printing.
- Rick Swiderek asked for reimbursement of $245 for stamps. Motion to reimburse by Mary Ann Stillwell, seconded by Chris Lindsay. Motion carried.
- Fr. Craig has agreed to sign the liquor license for the reunion.
- No charge for use of K of C Hall; contract signed. We will have to pay for pop and ice but that will be determined after the reunion and will be less than $100.
- Clean up of hall will be $125 to $175 which will be determined at a later date.
- There will be no program and no tents needed for this reunion.
- At the next meeting we will set up committees for the following:
- Bartenders
- Greeters
- Ticket takers
- Ticket sellers
- Bar tick sellers
- Decorating
- Dessert
- Please keep in mind anyone who might be interestedin helping with the above committees.
If you have not already done so, please remember to forward your class list to Trudy Lofgren at or make a copy to give to her at the next meeting.
