3rd Annual Charity Drag Bingo
THE MELONHEAD FOUNDATION and VOICES OF THE DESERT has a great opportunity for you! We are soliciting sponsors for our 3rd AnnualCharity Drag Bingo. This event will be OCTOBER 17th, 2009 at Embassy Suites Phoenix. This outrageously fun evening includes, bingo, prizes, costume contest and the always beautiful and entertaining Rainbow Girls!
Since the first grant awarded in 1999, The Melonhead Foundation has aided over 280 families and donated $195,000. The grants pay for housing, utilities, food, gas, medical expenses, natural healing treatments and personal expenses. We are honored to list among our sponsors: AVPS, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Gay Rodeo Association, Aromazona Candles, Basha’s, Festival of Lights Ahwatukee, Gila River Casino’s, Joolz by Lisa Newman’s Own Charities, Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix Suns, Sanctuary Design, Shamrock Foods and Thunderbird Charities. By sponsoring you may join this group of special "angels" who are making a positive difference on a very personal level for kids with cancer and their families.

Tiara Title Sponsor — $1,000
Includes: Priority recognition in all media publication. Your company name will be highlighted on the FRONT cover & presented in our evening program. You will receive a Full Page Ad on our elecrtronic bingo board that will be displayed throughout the evening.You will receive 4 tickets to the event with priority seating and title sponsor placecard. Sponsorship of the final coverall jackpot bingo game. Your company flyer or promotional brochure/coupon in player tote bags.
Tote Bag Sponsors — $750
Includes: Your company name and logo will be printed on the player tote bags.Your company name will be highlighted on the back cover & presented in our evening program. Your company name will be listed on our elecrtronic bingo board during the evening.You will receive 2 tickets to the event with priority seating and sponsor placard. Your company flyer or promotional brochure/coupon in player tote bags.
Costume Contest Sponsor — $500
Includes: Sponsorship of the costume contest.Your company name will be highlighted on the back cover & presented in our evening program. You will receive a Full Page Ad on our elecrtronic bingo board during the costume contest.You will receive 2 tickets to the event with priority seating and sponsor placard. Stiletto Session Sponsors — $300 (3 sponsors available)
Includes: Sponsorship of 1st, 2nd or 3rd session of bingo which includes 3 games.Your company name will be highlighted on the back cover & presented in our evening program. Your company name will be listed on our elecrtronic bingo board during your session.You will receive 2 tickets to the event with priority seating and sponsor placard. Sponsorship of a specialty bingo game. Your company flyer or promotional brochure/coupon in player tote bags.
