Charitable Contribution Request
Odyssey Fun World is pleased to announce that it will be accepting charitable contribution requests for services, throughout the year. If you are an educational, governmental or non-profit agency, we encourage you to fill out the form below, and return your request to our office. Our awarding procedure is simple:
1. Return your form via E-mail, Fax, or Mail to: Brianna Clark, Guest Relations Manager, 3440 Odyssey Court, Naperville, IL 60563; (630) 416-6222 – Fax; .
2. All received items will be date stamped and reviewed by the 20th of each month.
3. Contribution Requests that are approved will be processed and mailed out by the last day of the month. Contribution Requests that are denied, will not receive any notification.
Due to high call volumes, Odyssey Fun World will not provide the status of a Charitable Contribution request over the telephone. Instead, to check the receipt or status of a request, we recommend that you E-mail: , and include, “Charitable Contribution Status” in the subject line.
