Review & discuss certification with your Leadership team
Review & discuss certification with current program managers and staff – field questions, etc
Advise the board so they will understand how this supports risk management and growth and so they will support budget allocations for certification
Have each staff member review Learning Center transcripts to see what has been completed and plan what needs to be done for essential levels of certification. Make sure copies of transcript are in personnel folders.
Schedule and budget for all program mangers to complete essential certifications.
Plan for tracking and driving essential certification completion within your agency to become a fully certified agency.
