  4. April had tickets that are in a lot of businesses around town, from a circus that is being held at the Pavilion on April 26. She didn’t know if this was the circus the Chamber was promoting. No one present knew anything about it. Laura said she thought it was the Shrine Circus, but after closer inspection of the ticket it is not. After emailing Jodi Rogers to see what she knew, since it is being held at the Pavilion, she said the only thing she knew was that when the people called to reserve the Pavilion they said it was a magic show.
  5. There was discussion on the billboard design that Annie at Black Sheep Sports & Graphic did for the Chamber. Beth Barlow said that she would like to give some input and show us what a speaker at the Governor’s Cup talked about for displays. Jennifer will email her the design and we’ll go from there.
  6. Lila Dunn said the Pavilion’s air conditioning, a new 10-burner stove, and a new side-by-side refrigerator will be installed by the Montana State Old Time Fiddler’s Contest on July 26-27. The Pavilion will need to be inspected, but she expects everything will be ready.
  1. Meeting adjourned. Next meeting will be May 8, 2013, at John Henry’s.
