Purpose and audience

This report allows you to comment on the qualification for which you are Chief/Lead, for the whole of the year ending in August in the year specified at the top of this report. It provides useful information that will help to improve the quality of OCR products, assessments and processes. The report is confidential to OCR and will be read by relevant teams within OCR.

Submission

Please complete the report and submit it to by 4 September 2017 at the latest. Please note that receipt of this report is required in order to release payment of your annual responsibility fee.

Content

The content of this report has been redesigned. Please complete this report focusing on recommendations for improvement, but also identifying aspects that went well. Provide feedback on those issues you feel are significant, giving specification unit numbers where appropriate.

For any aspect, you may wish to comment on:

·  any suggestions for improvement.

Because of the potential impact of the Data Protection Act, please do not mention individuals by name in your report.
