The purpose of the annual performance summary is to review and document the staff member’s total professional performance and progress toward achieving the goals and expectations set for the year. All criteria and indicators are to be considered, but specific supporting comments are required for criteria categories that are marked “Needs Improvement” or “Unsatisfactory.” Comments regarding “Satisfactory” are also encouraged.
