Cerebral Palsy Sport recognises that there is a huge amount of fantastic sport and activity available for people with CP across the country. As the National Disability Sports Organisation we want to be able to recognise those involved. The CP awards are an opportunity for you to nominate someone and have their hardwork, dedication and achievements recognised.

The achiever for the year awards will be presented to one participant from each sport. The award will be judged on the following criteria.
