a)Speakers

The organization will contribute to the travel costs the selected speakers will have to sustain, for an amount that will not exceed 500 € per person. Given this threshold, the extent of the contribution will depend upon which party purchases the tickets. In detail:

- if the speaker purchases them, the contribution may cover up to 100% of the cost. The participant will receive the reimbursement from the organization once in Trieste;

- if the organization purchases them, the contribution may cover up to 80% of the cost. In this case the organization reserves the right to ask the participant the remaining 20% as an advance on the ticket's purchase (once both parties have agreed on the travel details).

please note

During and after the Forum it will still be possible to balance the accounts, if needed.

In order to obtain the contribution for their travel expenses, speakers are compelled to present the organizers their tickets (boarding passes too, in case of flights).
