We would like to invite you and members of your church community to this year's Chi Rho lectures to be held on Reformation week-end, October 26 – 29, at Central Lutheran Church, Northwest Christian University in Eugene and Grace Lutheran Church in Corvallis. This year's lecturer is Dr. Kurt Hendel who is the Bernard, Fischer, Westberg Distinguished Ministry Professor of Reformation Historyatthe Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Dr. Hendel will be focusing on the work of Martin Luther and the relevance of his work for the Church today. Below you will find information about Dr. Hendel and these lectures. Save the Week-End – October 26 - 29 noted reformation scholar,Kurt Hendel,will present theChi Rho lectures for 2017at Central Lutheran Church, Northwest Christian University (NCU) both in Eigene, and at Grace Lutheran Church in Corvallis on October 26 and 27. He is Bernard, Fischer, Westberg Distinguished Ministry Professor of Reformation History at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
