REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

ELECTRICITY SERVICE

Central Counties Center for MHMR Services is requesting proposals for electricity services for its offices in Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, Hamilton and Milam Counties. A listing of each address and ESI ID numbers for each meter is attached. The deadline for receipt of proposals is April 2, 2018. Proposal Contents

  • Quotes requested are for 24 and 36 months.
  • Quotes will be per kilowatt hour and include all costs other than pass thru costs.
  • Service will begin on the first meter reading after June 28, 2018.
  • Provider will be clearly identified and a minimum of 5 references will be listed.
  • Length of time Provider has provided services in Texas.
  • Copy of proposed contract.
