Centerforce ® is looking for new and innovative vehicles that represent today's enthusiasts. For 25 years Centerforce has been offering the best in performance products. Centerforce is looking for the best vehicles and owners to help promote the Centerforce name in all aspects of racing, shows and advertising.

A phone call may be forgotten while an emailed or hard copy presentation will be considered.
What Centerforce would require!
1. Sponsorship proposal MUST include: (Please type your sponsorship proposal. If hand written, the proposal may not be accepted.)
· Cover page
· Customer information page (included)
· Statement of mission or goals
· Owner Information-Driver Bio
· Sponsorship Proposal: What you would like from Centerforce and how it would benefit Centerforce
· The most recent images and/or renderings of the vehicle
· List of Current vehicle Modifications
· List of Future vehicle Modifications
· List of Current Sponsors
· Exposure: Races, shows or events you plan to attend. Future magazine coverage.
· Racers: Please include your racing accomplishments
2. Centerforce wants to know that if sponsored, you would be professional while representing the product name.
3. The vehicle is something Centerforce currently has product for, or that would drive sales and/or product knowledge. Make sure that your vehicle would be different in some way that would drive interest towards your vehicle and Centerforce.
4. Some media coverage from racing events, article on the vehicle or video that we could use to promote Centerforce.
5. Centerforce would like to see any past history with other vehicles or projects that you have been involved with.
6. The right to use the product information for R&D, along with communication about the product and company.
7. A list of events that the vehicle would be showing or performing at.
8. A minimum of an 8” decal for the product chosen must be placed in a visible location (i.e. front fenders, windshield, hood & roll cage). When no decals are used on the vehicle a visible signboard for events and written mention for printed articles. Photographs of the vehicle with the decals or signboard would need to be provided.
9. A signed release allowing Centerforce to use vehicle copyrights and/or trademarks, product testimonials, photos, and/or videos of you and/or your vehicle.
10. A written testimonial for our website along with images of the vehicle and/or installation of Centerforce products.
11. Ability to display product literature when appropriate at events.
What Centerforce will sponsor!
Centerforce reviews sponsorship proposals on a quarterly basis. After the review process is complete Centerforce will return a letter of intent. The majority of the sponsored will qualify for product sponsorship only. Product sponsorship would include technical support, products and in some cases installation. The proposal would need to be received by the 1st day of each quarter (Jan-1, April –1, July-1 and Oct-1) in some cases Centerforce may give the proposal special consideration.
For show car or magazine sponsorships you may be required to pay for products at a discounted price, plus freight, directly from Centerforce. If you can provide proof of showing the vehicle and/or a copy of the magazine article, Centerforce will review and possibly refund some or all, of the purchased price.

AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE
In consideration for Centerforce® Clutch Division of Midway Industries, Inc. its subsidiaries, distributors, or affiliates (only in conjunction with Centerforce Clutch Division of Midway Industries, Inc. provided products) hereafter referred to as “Centerforce”, providing product to the undersigned, the undersigned hereby agrees as follows:
· Authorization: The Sponsored person authorizes Centerforce to use, at no cost, the items set forth below, at any time and in any manner desired by Centerforce including, but not limited to, any advertising or marketing activities of Centerforce as follows:
(a) written testimonials or excerpts thereof, which are provided by Sponsored person or its employees, representatives and agents, (b) any photographs, slides, pictures, prints (or copies thereof) which are provided by Sponsored person. In addition, Sponsored person agrees and acknowledges that Centerforce may use Sponsored person’s name as it appears in any of the items described in the preceding sentence. Sponsored person agrees that Centerforce may edit, alter, and/or enhance, electronically or otherwise, any photographs or other materials provided to Centerforce. Sponsored person further agrees that Centerforce may use Sponsored person’s name in connection with any advertising or marketing efforts of Centerforce in any manner not covered by the preceding sentence, provided that Centerforce has obtained Sponsored person’s consent. Sponsored person represents and warrants that any items which it makes available to Centerforce pursuant to this paragraph shall not infringe or violate any person’s or party’s rights, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights.
· Release. Sponsored person hereby releases, discharges, and holds Clutch Division of Midway Industries, Inc. harmless from any and all claims, counterclaims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses, and controversies of every kind and description whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law or in equity, arising as a result of Centerforce Clutch Division of Midway Industries, Inc. use of testimonials, photographs, likeness, or use of Sponsored person’s name in accordance with the provisions the preceding paragraph.
