High school diploma or GED / Provider Service Tech Typically works in a 4 bed HCS residential setting and Vo-Tech Center, under the general direction of a Residential Manager and Vo-Tech Manager. The PST may share responsibility with other staff or may work independently of other staff to provide daily supervision, care and training of individuals in their care. The PST provides residential services, day habilitation, and community supports in compliance with DADS, HCS, TxHmL and Performance Contract Standards. Preferred Bachelor’s degree / Responsible for the development and ongoing Operation of the Aging and Disability Resource Center/West Texas ADRC. The position is responsible for the development, administration and operations of all programs provided by or through the Aging and Disability Resource Center. Programs address needs of older adults and adults with disabilities and include, but are not limited to, information and assistance, benefit specialist services, providing information on long-term care options, conducting public presentations on disability and age related topics, coordination among various community agencies. Responsible for creating and maintaining ADRC Center website, supervising volunteers and some part time employees as well as insuring ADRC telephone and computer access meets required by standards. Responsible for compliance with ADRC grant rules, regulations, metrics and measures, tracks and maintains a budget.

Must have current license as Speech Language Pathologist Full Time Annual / Responsible for assisting families in gaining access to needed services and supports as outlined in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). This person is the primary contact for each family assigned and must have considerable knowledge for speech delayed and/or communication disordered children (0-3), medical treatment facilities, and community resources. These duties include the following activities: tracking of deadlines, coordination of and participation in initial and ongoing developmental assessments program planning on an interdisciplinary team, and direct services to children requiring speech services. This position could be filled as an employee or as a contractor. Full time or part time. Travel is required 80% of the time within a multi county service area. This person is required to use their person vehicle and will receive mileage reimbursement or rental if mileage justifies.

Consultation and in –service training related to nursing duties are provided by the Direct Supervisor. Due to travel requirements, a personal automobile is required with mileage reimbursement.
