50% booth fee is due with submitted application. Booths will be assigned in order they are received With deposit. Balance due September 1st. If submitted after 9-1 please enclose full amount.
Set up will be Thursday 5 pm to 10 pm and Friday 8 am to 5 pm If you need extra set up time, please contact us. Booths must be set up Thursday.

Location of the show: The Great Southwest Equestrian Center
2501 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450 Located behind Grace United Methodist.
This venue has been in Katy over 20 years, it is very well known to the Katy and surrounding area. The Equestrian center is a horse arena, it is completely covered and out of the weather. We do cover the entire arena with carpet and put up pipe and drape on all three sides of your booth. The arena does not have AC or Heat but the first weekend in December is a great weekend for cool weather. Applications will be accepted until booths are full. Payments are due in full September 1st and applications submitted after 9-1 will need to be paid in full.
Show times and set up: Set up is Thursday 10 a.m.-11:00p.m.
Show times Friday 10-6:00 & Saturday 10-5:00
You must be checked in Thursday. We can make arrangements to allow you to set up late Thursday or even earlier Thursday morning because we have 24 hour security but you must make arrangements with us to be on the list.
Jury process: Photos are necessary for new booths or returning vendors that have changed their product line or booth set up.
Prior participation does NOT guarantee acceptance. If your booth set up and quality at the show does not match the pictures you submit you will NEVER be invited back.
We do not request samples or a specific number of pictures but we do want adequate representation of your booth set up and products in your booth.
Booth Assignment: Booths will be assigned based on 2 factors. The Order we receive your application & past show participation.
Booths will be draped and the floors will be carpeted.
We will have help loading in and out and they do work on tips. But please bring a dolly as they are limited with how many they can bring.
Check in letters with parking, lunch information, maps and more information will be posted on the website 2 weeks before the show.
