In accordance with section 4-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) intends to renew the contracts listed below to provide English as a second language (ESOL) instruction in the context of civics to New York’s (City’s) adult immigration population. The goals of the ESOL/Civics programs are to assist immigrant adults and older youth to obtain the English language skills necessary for employment and further education.
