And Agree to the following conditions:
1. The cat is healthy on delivery. It has been wormed, vaccinated, de sexed, Micro chipped and examined by a veterinarian. Any illness is to be confirmed be a practicing vet within 72 hours of arrival, after which point the health of the cat becomes the buyers responsibility. I recommend Casey & CranbourneVeterinaryHospital, located at 188 High Street Cranbourne. 03 5996 2329.
2. MPA Rescue And Rehab LTD offer a 3 day cooling off period and we will take the cat back into foster care for any reason with a full refund but all paperwork must also be returned or a $50 fee will occur. The delivery of the cat back to MPA is the buyers responsibility.
3. Should the situation arise where upon I can no longer provide adequate care for the cat, I will contact MPA Rescue And Rehab LTD by Telephone 0413599321 and by Email and seek advice as to my options of re homing the cat to ensure the said cat does not end up surrendered to the council or private pound or shelter.
4. If MPA Rescue And Rehab LTD is required to re home the cat after the cooling off period, the cat is to stay with the buyer until a suitable placement is found, unless there are extenuating circumstances. The cat must also be kept up to date with his/ her vaccinations. Monies will not be refunded after the cooling off period.
5. The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs involved in the delivery of the cat. This may include and is not limited to: Crate, insurance and shipping.
6. The buyer agrees not to sell, trade or give the cat away without first seeking advice from MPA Rescue And Rehab LTD.
7. I agree that the cat is being adopted by myself and will NOT be sold, adopted or given to another party.
8. The Buyer agrees to comply with all the local ordinances regarding the keeping of domestic animals.
9. I acknowledge that although this cat was deemed suitable for re homing and all due care was made in placing this cat, no organization can account for all situations and all actions by the cat, hence I will not hold MPA Rescue And Rehab LTD responsible for the actions of the cat.
