Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, Xmas and New Year excluded.

Please note, a further £100 security cheque to be taken on all bookings which will remain un-cashed, pending house left in the same state after rental, as before. Pets are welcome by prior agreement with the owner, max of 2 dogs at £15 each per week. A second consecutive week booked will qualify for a £100 reduction on the second week (Excluding months June/July/August/September/Xmas and New Year weeks).

Would clients kindly note that a Gardener regularly attends both Owl Cote and The Bird’s Nest. If you strongly object to a possible visit during your stay, kindly inform us at the time of booking. Your understanding in allowing a visit is much appreciated in order to keep the grounds at the same high level of enjoyment as the house. No access inside either Owl Cote or The Bird’s Nest will be required. Thank you, Victoria.
