  1. Status - Tammy – going well – on track . about 80-85% complete with screenshots and redlines to IAG into new screenshot section. Keep sending redlines.
  2. Testing going well.
  3. Looks like migrating to Cert first week of June (tentative date)
  4. Carolyn – last month anticipated user guide changes ready by 5/1

  11. Cheryl – under “5 validations added” – protocols now say 1 business day, says 2 in guide currently under “cancel”

  14. Reviewed 2 day statement for MVO – section references a “Y” or “N” priority flag. This field is still active. Designed for TDSP to prioritize
  15. Tammy – if issue submitted 4 days outside SMRD would say “N” as not priority. Visible to all users
  16. If service order is in review and no SMRD populated, nothing there and should be blank. Based on submittal date within 2 day window
  17. Jonathan – once TXSET reduced timelines, should be updated to match TXSET?

  26. Cheryl - 3.1.3.3, figure F, #10 – doesn’t go new ERCOT, goes “autocomplete” if TDSP clicks “ERCOT Cancel”
  27. Tammy – if invalid globalid that prevents service order validation, would be new ERCOT. Goes into autocomplete and transitions to submitting MP.
  28. Cheryl – 3.2(f) – add arrow under screenshot to complete
  29. Monica – question to ERCOT – do you as changes come make modifications? TDSP Approved Cancellation Reasons are very outdated and still have AREP data in scenarios.
  30. Determined scenario D (AREP) invalid. Other scenarios have transactions that could be used in place of these processes, but TDSPs could still utilize this process if needed.
