o March 26, 2011 will be our third annual Caregiver College
o First year - 2009, run as Occupational Extension - $50 registration fee
o Second year - 2010, run as Community Service – Self-Supporting - $20 registration fee
o Third year - 2011, will be run as Community Service – Self-Supporting - $25

o One presenter donated money to our foundation for student scholarships for Caregiver College participants
· What Participants Received for $20
o Program booklet (that included a community resource guide, copies of our speakers’ PowerPoint slides), a large RCC tote bag for vendor goodies, RCC pencil for taking notes, breakfast (biscuits, coffee, and bottled water), lunch (sandwich - choice of ham, turkey, or roast beef, chips, pasta salad, and a cookie), free information from vendors, and free blood pressure checks by RCC nursing students
· Grant Funded in 2009 and 2010 through the Randolph Hospital Community Health Foundation

o 2010 – Asked for $2,500, received $2,000 – Carried over $331 from 2009

§ Includes one six foot table, up to two lunches, one program booklet, admission to all concurrent sessions
§ $25 Sponsor Vendor Fee for partners that are working on the Caregiver College planning committee
§ Vendors should set up the night before
§ Ask about electrical needs and number of chairs for their table

o Participants did not like eating in the classroom – wanted to be in a cafeteria setting so that they could talk to one another across a table
o Some speakers needed lapel microphones to be heard
