CAREER SHADOWING / INTERVIEW WORKSHEET

Choose an occupation from one of the three choices that you researched. You may choose to shadow more than one occupation (minimum one).

A student may use one day of the school year to career shadow, this will be considered an excused absence.

Contact and shadow/interview (seven hours minimum) a professional employed in your chosen career. This person cannot be an immediate family member or an employee of the McGuffey Middle/High School.

The professional you are interviewing must sign the Log Form (FORM C).
