TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. For above mentioned works tenders should be submitted in sealed envelopes. The name of work should be clarified marked on the envelope.

2. Prescribed forms/Tender documents can be purchased from the office of Cantonment Board Malir upto 11 December 2017 during office hours.

3. Pay Order must be attached with the tender. No tender will be acceptable without pay order.

4. Conditional with overwriting, cutting, tenders will not be acceptable. Tenders sent through courier will also be not acceptable.

5. Received tenders will be opened in the presence of contractors or their authorized agents on 12 December 2017 at 2:30 p.m.

6. Cantonment Board will not be responsible to provide equipments material or plant.

7. Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Malir, may change the estimated cost as per requirement of the administration as per existing rules.

8. Tender documents will not be issued to those contractors who are involved in litigation with the Cantonment Board Malir or the Board has given any decision against them or who have to make clarification against any claim or charge.

9. No tenders will be issued to those contractors who are blacklisted by any Government or semi Government body.

10. If any bid is once opened under the prescribed procedure then it would be bound only under those laws, rules and procedure that were imposed at the time of issuing notice for the invitation of bids.

11. After opening of the bid no bidder will be allowed to change or renew his bid. However, the procuring agency may consider and accept an explanation if the formation of the bid is not changed.

12. If the date for opening of Tender is cancelled due to any reason then the tenders will be opened on the next working day.

13. Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Malir, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.

14. Rates in respect of all items should be quoted separately.

15. Rates should be submitted on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates- 2014 (Amended upto date) upper or lower.
