Prayers please for the repose of the soul of Anne Davies, who died in Deeside Hospital on Thursday. Anne’s Requiem will be on Wed. 30th May at 10am. May her generous soul rest in peace.
Next Sunday (27th May): A “Pentecost Picnic” will be held at Quaystone Chapel (opp. the Boathouse), from 3-5pm. Bring food to share,a red, orange or yellow balloon each (not blown up!). There will be a shortprayer time, tea together, music/song, quizzes,activities for children etc.

Heart Gives Unto Heart: is a new Catholic Radio station which will start broadcasting in September. Volunteers are wanted for all aspects from techies to administrators to webmasters!If you are interested and have the necessary skills the web address is: It will be done mainly over the internet so anyone can volunteer.

Cytun AGM: Wed 23rdMay at St. David's Church, Mold Road @ 7.30pm.Our church is a member of Cytun, so we have a responsibility.
Children’s Liturgy: Parents please note that the Children's Liturgy now starts earlier at 11am Mass. The children go into the Sacristy at the end of the first hymn. They finish at the same time as usual,returning to their families at the Offertory.
The SVP: are asking for Youth leader volunteers to organise and develop Youth SVP in the diocese. The full details are on a poster in the porch. If you're interested please contact Christine Humphreys, the Diocesan Youth Worker
Offertory Collection: The collection last weekend was £149.43 with a further £374.50 from the Gift Aid envelopes. Thiswill give our parish an extra£93.62 we can claim back from the Inland Revenue. Continuing donations to the Church Students Fund added another £18.00 and the first week of the Bishop's Fund raised £211.63.
Today there will be a retiring collection forCCN. ( Catholic Communications Network). The Bishop’s Collection is open for 2 more weeks.
