Details of your involvement in your shed
Instigator & foundation member of OG. Coordinator for 8 years, currently also Secretary. I have also held the position of Treasurer. I am also a Committee member of CMRC and have served as Secretary.
Details of your involvement in the Men’s Shed movement (maximum 50 words)
Barwon cluster organiser and convenor. Co-wrote guidelines and cluster brochure. Completing 3 year term as Committee Member VMSA. This included a period as secretary and am currently convenor Rules of Association, Policies & Procedures sub-committee. I have been a regular attendee at VMSA gatherings for a number of years.
Skills, experience, etc. that you would bring to the VMSA Committee (maximum 50 words)
I have over 55 years of volunteer service. I have extensive knowledge and skills in the area of governance as well as rules, policy and procedures writing. My background is in education, particularly health education, welfare and educational technology. I have extensive experience of working on committees and have held all roles over the years. I also have knowledge and experience as an agent of change.
