ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Submit MAP Progress Report to Australasian OFLD Co-ordinator by 31 December of each year.
When all MAP Requirements are met, submit Application for Ordination to Australasian OFLD Co-ordinator and participate in Ordination Interview.
