SPONSORSHIP

Committee acknowledges that the CCA shall have the right to secure and designate national corporate sponsors for the CCA and its activities. Committee agrees to cooperate in good faith with the CCA in fulfilling certain sponsorship rights granted to official CCA National Sponsors and licensees with regard to CCA sanctioned events, including the rodeo named in this form, as hereinafter provided. Committee shall have the right to secure and designate for the named rodeo, local and national sponsors. The committee MUST use the full name of the Canadian Cowboys Associationon all posters, advertisements and media outlets for the named rodeo.

Approval form must be filled out in fullandaccompanied by cheque payable to Canadian Cowboys Association.

By signing this form, the Rodeo Committee agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations as set out by the Canadian Cowboys Association, agrees to the sponsorship terms above, and agrees to pay the above stated approval fees.
