In order to monitor Direct Lending Subsidized loan limits, schools are required to report Program Classification of Instructional Program (CIP) code, Published Program Length, Program Period Start Date, Weeks Program Academic Year, Enrollment Status, Program Credential Level, and Special Programs Indicator (Non-Credential Teacher Certification Program or Preparatory Coursework) to COD.
To meet this requirement, the following three set up screens have been delivered:
Set Up SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > Loans SULA> SULA Load Rules: Do Not Set Up until a critical fix has been delivered. Do Not Originate 2015 Loans or Pell until this set up has been completed.
Use the SULA Load Rules page to define COD Enrollment Status (SULA) loads for reporting toCOD.
- Term Category: Select the term category for the default term enrollment limits of the academic program.
- SULA Unit Total: Enter the SULA unit total threshold for each term category. The SULA unit total represents the summed number of Anticipated plus Current plus Remote units for the given SULA load.
- SULA Load: Select the SULA Load value. Values for this field are delivered with your system as translate values. Note: While you are permitted to establish a Less than Half-time value here, COD will reject Direct Lending loans that have an Enrollment Status that is Less thanHalf-time.
Set Up SACR> Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Plan Table> Taxonomy tab:
To be completed by Campus Solutions with information provided by your Registrar.
- Program Length Type: Select the unit of time you want to use to define the Program Length: Weeks, Months, or Years.
- Program Length Value: Enter the number of weeks, months, or years for the length of the Program.
Set Up SACR> Product Related > Financial Aid > Loans> SULA> Credential Cross Reference: Do Not Set Up until a critical fix has been delivered. Do Not Originate 2015 Loans or Pell until this set up has been completed
Ensure that Student Records has completed their setup (see section above) before attempting to update this page.

Please note that even though you may click this button to auto-populate the table, you can still override the values here so that they can be different than what's contained on the Academic Plan table. Note. If the NSC Classification field is blank on the Academic Plan table, it will populate this field as blank – you will need to populate this field in order to save this record.

- A planned new button becomes available when a Student Records user selects the Withdrew valueon the Term Withdrawal tab, Withdraw\Cancel field. Selecting that button will call the Term Withdrawal Process and, if the withdrawal is processed successfully, execute a tuition calculation for that student in real time. If both processes are completed successfully, the Term Withdrawal Status Success link appears and the Tuition Calc Required checkbox will become unchecked. This will allow the user to then continue to inactivate the student in the Program Plan component with the knowledge that tuition has
been recalculated.

Student Finance setup page to enable this new functionality:
2. Bug ID 11613576 Corp Post and Group Post process credits differently. Oracle has delivered a fix for this in bundle 32. UND originally reported the issue and Oracle was able to replicate it. We will work to ensure the fix that was delivered will work. The issue is when credits are posted via group post for corp. accounts, the credits will go to the Excess account automatically and not the appropriate account type that is specified. But if you were to post that same credit to the corp. account via corporate posting, the credit would post correctly. These two programs should be posting and treating the credits the same.
Student Records
