Our Mission Statement:
The Campbell Spartan Football Boosters, Inc.is an independently funded, school affiliated organization of parents, alumni, and friends. Our mission is to support and enhance the Campbell High School and Jr Spartan Middle SchoolFootball Programs through volunteer assistance and fund-raising, while promoting the highest standards of spirit and sportsmanship. Our purpose is to promote pride, respect, spirit, and unity among the Spartans players, the student body, school staff, coaches, families, and the local business community. Volunteerism is critical to our mission. Therefore, we rely substantially on the time, energy, and imagination of parents, as well as other community stakeholders to support the goals of the Campbell High School and Jr Spartan Middle School Football Program.
Campbell football is seeking In Kind Donations of quality pregame meals for our players. We are reaching out to local establishments in hopes that you will consider partnering with our organization to offer our players a quality pregame meal. We serve our JV/Freshman teams pregame meals on Thursday afternoons and our Varsity team a pregame meal each Friday afternoon. Meals are served at 4:00 PM each game day. While we request delivery of a ready to serve meal by 3:30 pm on game day, any donation requiring us to pick up should be packed ready to serve for pick up by 3pm on game day. We ask that you avoid providing products that contain pork or peanuts.
JV/Freshman meals should contain a protein, starch and sweet. Such as sandwiches/ wraps &chips, pizza, wings, burgers and a small sweet.
Meals should serve up to 80 players and Coaches.
Varsity meals should contain a meat protein, vegetable, starch and small sweet.
Meals should serve up to 125 players and Coaches.
We hope that you will consider supporting the only public high school in Smyrna and in our community. In return for your generosity, your logo with a link to your establishment will be placed on our website and your contribution will be announced throughout the game on the date of your donation. We will also distribute any handouts or menus you provide.

A representative from our booster club will contact you a week prior to your scheduled game date to confirm arrangements and the number of meals required. Meals should be delivered ready to serve by 3:30 on the date of your meal donation. Pick up for the entire meal will be at 2:30 pm on the game day should delivery not be included with your donation.
