Cameron Cheal – Goal Keeper
Ex Cheltenham Saracens keeper, tall, agile young keeper who is an excellent shot stopper.
Will Pugh – Defender
Will has a wealth of experience and his reading of the game at this level is what enticed Gill to bring him back last season. Will is a centre back but equally comfortable in midfield.
Mark Connolly – Defender
Mark is a versatile player who can operate in defence and midfield. Mark is a calm player who loves a tackle and can get the team on the front foot with his tenacious play.
Ben Robinson – Centre Defender
Robbo’ is a stalwart of the Cleeve set up having notched up a very impressive appearance record. Robbo is a right sided defender who can play across the back four. At home with the ball at his feet and a real threat in the air. Robbo’s experience is vital in this young team.
Adam Gill – Centre Back
Adam is a defender who likes to play. He is a local lad who came through the colts youth system. Adam has valuable experience and finished last season playing for the 1st team
Jamie Lock – Left Back
Left back who was with Cheltenham Civil Service last season, who has now returned to this local team.
Paul Ireland – Centre Back
Paul is confident in the air, he is determined and possesses a strong work ethic but enjoys getting the ball on the deck and playing out of defence.
Ben Maguire - Midfield
Ex 1st Team player at Cleeve, who has dropped down to play regular football.
Can pick a pass and get the team on the front foot with his incisive passing
Brett Blake – Midfield
Right midfielder with speed, agility and an eye for goal. Expecting good things this season.
Sam Comfort – Midfield
Ex Winchcombe Town and Longlevens central midfielder. A superb acquisition this season of this ball playing midfielder
Dan Gittings – Midfield
Ex FC Barometrics midfielder who is skilful and a natural leader. Plenty of County League experience.
Lee Davis – Midfield
Ex Cinderford Town player now playing back for his local Club. Ball player and comfortable in numerous positions.
Jamie Hammond – Forward
Jamie is a pacey forward who plays on the last defender, his pace and turn of speed is a constant menace for defenders to cope with. Ex 1st team player who scores goals and is a major coup for the Reserves.
Elliott Pulley – Forward
Young 17 year old who has progressed through the ranks. After a handful of County League games last season, a chance now to play regularly.
Mike Davies – Forward
Another player who has Southern League experience, chance to play regularly for his local club
James Baliffe - Forward
A quick forward who has spent time previously at Cleeve another major signing for Cleeve
Chocky Richards – Forward
18 year old striker who will have benefited from aseason of County League experience at Cheltenham Civil Service and now looking to push on.
Rob Reid - Midfield
Rob is a versatile player and a big presence within the team. He can play across the defence as well as in midfield. A local lad who has played the game at a very good level and knows what it takes to be a success in this league.
Jared Wilson – Defender/Coach
Ex Birmingham City professional and recent Evesham United Full Back. A season of coaching for Jared coupled with playing will benefit the Reserves
Alex Cheal – Manager
Alex is new to Management and has a lot to learn in a short time, however, if pre- season is anything to go by he is a fast learner as he looks to build on Rich Gill’s 7th position last season.
