Who We Are

Calyptus Consulting Group, Inc. is a professional services company based in Lexington, Massachusetts specializing in the fields of purchasing, contracting, and supply management. We offer consulting, assessment and training services designed to help organizations improve their quality, supply chains, core competencies and cost performance.

WHAT WE DO

In the private sector, we serve Fortune 500 as well as smaller companies, locally, regionally and globally, with development of client-specific strategies and procurement solutions that focus on and improve capabilities, performance and goals.

We guide clients through supply chain assessments, contract compliance, and cost evaluation, and assist with the ever-changing dynamics of managing supply value chains. We train client staff and assist in implementation of improvement initiatives, including lean management and strategic sourcing. Solutions may include e-business, re-engineering, training, policy and procedure development, or management and organization restructuring.

Our government focus is in Federal Acquisition, Subcontracting, Purchasing under Government Contracts, and Procurement Improvement. We have conducted over 30 full-scale procurement system reviews andtrained hundreds in Contracting.
