- Context of the Pilot Project
2.1.The aim is to present the overall context of fisheries in the MPA. Describe,in particular, the problems and challenges that the Pilot Project can address (please provide precise figures).
2.2.Indicate if the document regulating the management of the MPA includes aspects on the management of fisheries (if so, provide an extract as appendices).
2.3.Indicate if the MPA has already implemented fishery management measures.
2.4.Indicate if the MPA is currently carrying out initiatives that could be linked to the Pilot Project.
2.5.Indicate if the MPA is using systems/tools/actions to monitor fisheries impacts/benefits (please explain in detail and provide the related documents as appendices).
2.6.Indicate if the MPA has already set up a participatory planning mechanism to ensure the involvement of the main actors in the planning/management of fisheries (if yes, provide details).
2.7.Indicate the number of fishermen that engage in fishery activity within the MPA and the methodology used to assess the number.

Operation: Expenses necessary for the operation of the structure responsible for the Pilot Project and for the proper implementation of the Pilot Project(communication expenses - phone, Internet -, office supplies, banking fees, fees to the third parties etc.); as well as costs of travel to the pilot action area.Expenses related to contracts signed with an external body (consultant, consultancy firm, university, etc.) for specific tasks related to the Pilot Project.
Equipment: Expenses related to the purchase of equipment and to the renovation/improvement of existing infrastructure.
Travel: Expenses related to travels outside the Pilot Projectarea (participation in exchange visits, meetings, etc.): flight tickets, accommodation, taxi, visa, per diem, etc.
Communication: Expenses related to communication: modelling, printing, films, etc.
