1Entries close Wednesday, January 20, 2016. A post entry of $20.00 per horse will be applied to entries received after this date. No refunds without a valid vet slip. Refunds will be processed less a 25% administrative fee.

3Management reserves the right to cancel or combine any class or split flat classes with more than 10 horses.
4There is a $40.00 service fee for NSF checks
5Schooling over fences is allowed only under the direct supervision of your professional trainer.
6Please reserve your ticketed schooling times, available from 3:00 – 7:00pm on Sat. January 23rd.
7Open Schooling is available from 6:00AM – 8:45AM on show day, 1/24/16
8ASTM/SEI certified helmets with a secured harness must be worn by all riders while mounted on RockMeadow property.
9The Judge’s decision is final. Poor sportsmanship, or horse abuse will result in immediate dismissal from the show.
10Day & Overnight stalls may be reserved with Pre-Payment. Stalls are limited and are reserved in order of payment rcvd.

I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the competition with my horse as a rider, handler, lunger, lessee, owner, agent, coach and trainer or as a parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor. I am fully aware and acknowledge that horse sports and the competition involve inherent dangerous risks of accident, loss and serious bodily injury including broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering or death (harm). I AGREE to hold harmless and release RockMeadow Equestrian Center, Inc. (REC), the management of the show and the owner of the property on which the show will be held from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any harm to me or my horse and for any harm of any nature caused by me or my horse to others, even if the harm arises or results directly, or indirectly, from the negligence of REC. Furthermore, I release REC, the show management and owner of the property from all liability for the loss or damage to any personal equipment, vehicle, horses or ponies, whether caused by the negligence of REC or otherwise. PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN FOR PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18).
