The DNR has done some checking and testing at the yard waste site. The testing came back with unauthorized burning material. It showed OSB board, painted wood, and shingles. Because of that, a motion was made by Kuehni and seconded by Chapek to close the yard waste site after November 11, 2017. The Board will re-visit the situation to see if it will be open in January for disposal of Christmas trees. MC.

Permission was given to Trustee Terry Licht to see if the Village’s 6 acres should by mowed this fall yet.

The Clerk will contact the Code of Ordinance Attorney to see if he is still going to get us set up for the Ordinances to be on-line.
