b.  Executive Director of Public Relations

  1. Starting out this week trying to put together a transition guide for gripefest
  2. Doing a transition packet for the whole office

c.  Executive Director of Services

  1. Hired a guy named Brian to run Beaver Bus
  2. Working on the emergency rental subsidy
  3. Transition packets

d.  Executive Director of Finance

  1. Budget stuff is almost done
  2. Funding of DC event
  3. Extensive transition packet

e.  Student Advocate

  1. Gripefest report – supporting Ana, Jake and Linda to compile it and DISTRUBITING it
  2. Tuesday night classes and independent interns & graduate classes
  3. Recommendation letters
  4. Staff credit is the same as always
  5. Supporting elections
  6. Recruiting for your position

f.  Executive Chief of Operations

  1. Working out hours for interns
  2. Inauguration (Tuesday may 25th )

g.  Vice President

  1. Student experience center
  2. Working with Matt to put together a budget board training

h.  Executive Director of Campaign Resources

  1. LIBRARY campaign – officially starting week 2
  2. Advertisement going out soon for the library campaign!
  3. Need people to do random surveys in the library
  4. Accessibility awareness week- earth week – sexual assault awareness week

i.  HSRC

  1. Meeting with the student care team

  3. Food pantry is adding 3 of their volunteers to paid staff
  4. Mealbux all student emails have gone out- wouldn’t be surprised if there are 1000 applicants
