Statement of Shri Ramesh Prasad Sharma, Son of Tika Ram Sharma, Age: 43 years, Profession: Cooking work at Kothis, Address: Nithari Village, Tenant in the house of Ram Kumar.
Gave the statement under oath that:
I know Dr. Navin Chaudhary and work there itself, the number of his Kothi is D-6, Noida. The boundary of D5 and D6 are joined.I do cooking work at D-6. I reach D-6 at 8-8:15 am in the morning. I stay there till 9-10 p.m at night. The first owner of D-5 was Mr. Jindal. I have been working for Dr. Navin Chaudhary for the past 15-16 years. I know both Maninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli, both of whom are present in court. They have been living in kothi D-5 from about January 2004. I have seen Surendra Koli working as servant there from that time. I had no social interaction with Surendra Koli. From the roof of D-6, the open area in the front and back of D-5 is visible. I had seen Koli cutting small trees with a small axe. This happened around September-October 2006. After cutting those trees, Surendra Koli buried them there. In summer days sometimes foul smell would come from behind D-5.

Cross examination From the side of accused Maninder Singh Pandher through, Advocate Devraj Singh.
I do not know my employer is what kind of doctor. He is an M.D., sits in an office and does not treat patients. The Doctor Saheb had purchased the D-6 kothi about 12-14 years ago, built it himself. I know that my employer, Doctor Saheb was jailed in 1997. I know this much that it was a matter of Kidney in which he was jailed. I do not know that he was imprisoned in the case of extracting illegally human kidneys. At the time that he was imprisoned, he used to live in the same D-6 kothi. Guards are stationed outside the Kothi in which I work Doctor Saheb pays these guards and these guards remain on duty 24 hours. In front of D-5 is an electricity pole on which there is a sodium light installed. This light is installed next to the drain. Outside of our house there is a rickshaw stand where the police is always stationed. The police stays there after the incident and haven’t seen them before. I remember the Kothis was purchased by the Sardarji in around January 2004 and it would be incorrect to say that he may have purchased it in 2005. When this incident happened, the police had seen our Kothi also from outside I was not called out from inside the Kothi, neither was any guard called nor the Kothi was searched from inside. That day this road was completely closed. It is true that on 29th when this matter became public there was police everywhere and they were not allowing public to come and on 30th protest and stone throwing happened. It is incorrect to say that skulls, etc. were recovered from behind D-6.
