The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary within 30 minutes of the occurrence, or announcement of results, accompanied by a £10.00 deposit.

No responsibility is accepted for loss, damage or injury to riders, spectators or their property whatsoever.

Hats, marked to BS EN1394 or PAS015 or an equivalent safety standard, with chinstrap fastened at all times when mounted, must be worn by all competitors.

No galloping on the field.
