Bombardier Recreational Products and Vehicles (BRP) is a leading the world for designing, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of motorized recreational vehicles, ("Bombardier Recreational Products and Vehicles",2015). The company first opened its doors in 1937 with the first invention of the snowmobile. BPR escalated their horizons throughout history by continuously innovating an assortment of motorized sports vehicles for the snow and water. BRP's vision of outstanding creativity to discover ingenious products for consumers to experience in a safe, responsible, and respectful of the environment has permitted a rewarding path for the future of the company, ("Bombardier Recreational Products and Vehicles",2015).
New Eco-Friendly Division
BRP is proposing a plan to establish a new division to target the development of an eco-friendly recreational watercraft. The proposal to develop a product that is safe for the environment and consumers that will not hinder the environment that will not hurt the marine habitat surrounding the rivers, lakes, and ocean. Sea Doo’s new division will develop a new design with improved features to attract existing and new customers. The primary focal point tocreate an environmentally safe recreational watercraft to be suitable for the surrounding marine life is a new adventure. The company’s new revolution plays into the company’s vision statement that spotlights the new design for Doo watercrafts by offering eco-friendly atmosphere and experience that creates a favorable direction for the ecosystem.
Competitive Advantage
The new division is created from BRP’s global growth that allows for an advantageous position to take charge with the creation before its competitors. The new concept will address competitive advantage with setting the bar high for promoting an environmentally safe conditions for all living creatures. Sea-Doo will design and build an electric watercraft to help minimize noise pollution and the need to depend on petroleum that ultimately destroys the ecosystems. The new innovative design is a bit pricey to start, but at the end of the day the idea is the new revolutionary concept that will force competitors to follow suit. Strategic influences of the Environmental Protection Agency researchers the risks and dangers of chemical pollutant exposure and how it affects the ecosystems. BRP has always adapted to the needs and changes of the environment and will necessarily turn up the performance to continue to refine products that the company markets to customers.
Purpose and Business Model
The new eco-line division will be a stepping stone into creating a better future for future clients by primarily focusing on equipment that is clean and safe for the environment. It is essential for the company to continue to innovate and stay on top of trends. This is a global company, and it is imperative that the company utilizes every effort to research and develop creative ideas to provide to consumers. The features and benefits alone will acquire a demand and value for the new commodity. The company will have potential abilities to charge more for the advanced technology in order to achieve a higher margin, for this reason the new division should quickly create a profitable margin. The company is offering customers an excellent warranty plan and customer service with purchase in the event that problems should occur. This will help the consumer feel comfortable with the purchase of the new brand.

Strategic Direction
A guide or direction to carry out the mission, vision, and values of an eco-friendly watercraft. Through the research and design department established plans to carry successfully out the eco-friendly watercraft to be constructed. First and foremost there must be a decisive plan to estimate the positions needed to employ the correct amount of staff to accomplish the mission. The company will utilize established relationships with the variety of global resources to help implement an effective way to supply quality and superior products to include vendors, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers. In the event challenges and obstacles materializes the division will maintain an open lines of communication to allow quick and swift actions when needed. Throughout each phase of production, there will be a review to audit and control the productivity and direction of the performance.

The stepping stone to developing ways to steer away from toxic chemicals that endanger the environment and help to preserve the natural environment is a perfect reason to find alternative solutions in producing a better neighborhood. BRP promotes good practice to improve sustainability to within the culture to help the environment and continue to thrive in a competitive market.
