Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will define, plan, track all required material to execute projects. Serve as primary project contact, must coordinate and participate in meetings/conference calls with key customers and lab personnel to understand performance requirements. Provide formal and informal briefings on project status to customers, Account Manager and department heads.Track project issues and drive their resolution.Create project status reports and deliver updates to management and business group. Keep accurate records of all documentation received from the client. Work closely with management to address and resolve any issues or concerns of the projects. Support management team in decision and policymaking. Review strategy and objectives, and formulate plans to ensure success. Submit weekly metrics report to management. Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate Company resources. Achieve performance objectives. Oversee management of key accounts and provide a high level of expertise and ensure customer service is delivered to all accounts. Coordinate with various departments for the timely implementation of strategies to ensure objectives are properly approached and attained. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor degree in Business or Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 4-6+ plus years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, with recent and significant experience in the CRO/CMO preferred. Project management certification is a plus.
