Crews eligible for GB selection will be based on the criteria noted below :

The Selection Panel will consider issues around:

-Overall size and quality of team

Please note that provision will be made to accommodate substitutions with regards to selection for WU23’s and FISU etc.

PLANNING AND CO-ORDINATION OF ENTRIES

The GB team for the EUSA Championships will comprise crews from a number of Universities. Each competing crew will be able to take their own coach.

The BUCS Rowing SMG will appoint amanagement team to work with crews and coaches to develop plans and co-ordinate activities and to liaise with the BUCS Office to co-ordinate financial arrangements.

BUCS Rowing is very grateful for the support in past years from coaches and friends who have volunteered to drive the trailer/s and help with transport logistics. Arrangements for 2010 have still to be confirmed and any offers of help will always be much appreciated.

Please note that BUCS does not allocate any funding for sending teams to EUSA Championships.

The BUCS office will invoice Universities for a deposit and a final fee to cover the costs of their crews - this will include all travel costs ( incl. boats / trailers etc. ), per diem costs (50Euros per person per day), entry fees (20 Euros per person.) and basic kit costs.
