Motion by Shelly Brosnan, second by Judy Johnstone, to approve a request for BSCA funds support from Jan Manuel for the Potomac Valley Belgian Sheepdog Club's Supported entry on September 26th, 2008. Motion by Judy Johnstone, second by Marion Heise, to support a vote for judge selection to be conducted in the fall of 2008 and then having the regular judge selection ballot come out only once per year in the future.
