ALL SCHOOL:

·  Need an easy way to earn community service hours? Join Key Club! Our first meeting is tomorrow Wednesday in room A211 afterschool. (9/19)

·  GSA meeting changed to Wednesday this week -- see you in the library after school tomorrow, September 20th!

·  There will be a Drama Club meeting this Wednesday immediately after school in C-115. New members are welcome!

·  The French Club will have its fall fashion show on Monday, September 25 in B-03, at 3:15. Remember wear your best French scarf--and your French tee-shirt! Come share some croissants and café in B-03, Monday, September 25th, at 3:15.(9/21)

·  Student Congress has voted, and the Homecoming song will be "Neon Lights" by Demi Lovato. Auditions for the Homecoming song and The National Anthem will be held with Ms. Ballou in the Choir room on Today September 19, 2017, from 4:15-5:15. ( 9/19)

·  Homecoming 2017 is right around the corner. Tickets for the event can be purchased on EZ pay through the district website. The first 200 students who purchase tickets on EZ pay will be entered into a raffle to win a full refund for their homecoming ticket and their date's homecoming ticket. Instructions for this process can be found in the Homecoming Informational Packet. A copy of this packet was sent to your student email. Please see Mr. Agrast or Mrs. Jamieson if you have questions. ·  Homecoming Court applications must be submitted by September 22, 2017.(9/21)

·  Homecoming Permission Slip If you are bringing a guest from another school to Homecoming, you must pick up a guest permission slip in the Main Office(10/5)

·  The South-Euclid Lyndhurst library is having a two-part String Art workshop on September 26th & September 28th from 3:30-5pm. Please check out cuyahgoalibrary.org to register or for more details about the program.(9/26)

·  No School on Thursday, September 21st. The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools are close in observance of Rosh Hashanah. (9/19)

SPORTS:

·  Girls Soccer won their 3rd game of the season last Thursday. They defeated Open Door Christian 2-1. Lizzie Schultz and Paige Gordon scored the goals while Lizzy Frey had an assist. Cheyenne Hoppel had 8 saves to get the win in goal. Way to go girls!

·  Anyone interested in playing Hockey this coming winter season, there will be an informational meeting on Wednesday September 27th @ 7 p.m. in room B113.(9/26)

·  What an awesome win Friday night against Mayfield. If you still wanted a BEAT MAYFIELD shirt to commemorate that victory the athletic department will be selling them today and tomorrow for $6.00. (9/19)

·  Basketball season is just around the corner and any young man in grades 9th – 12th should listen up!

Open gyms will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30pm to 5pm in the East Gym. If you are playing a fall sport right now you unfortunately cannot attend open gym, and should contact Coach Chet Mason if you have any questions regarding this. (9/19)
