If you are interested in one of our Puppies please Print and fill out this Application so we can get to know you and your Family better to help you with the right puppy from BRP. Then mail to address below with your three Signed Contracts and Deposit of $350.00 plus Tax ($371.00)
This application is for Pet Only homes and you are required to have the puppy spayed/neutered by 6 months. If you are a Breeder, then you MUST Contact us by phone, we do sell Breeding Rights to Approved Breeders ONLY. By being dishonest with this information you will beforfeiting your deposit.
