TRAVEL INFORMATION
Passport Validity for entry into Bahrain
Please be advised that the Bahrain entry regulation has changed with the requirement for all nationalities to have their passports valid for a minimum of six months prior to entry into Bahrain
This regulation applies to all visas including Business and Tourist.

All students are insured through AXA. Staff on the trip will have a copy of all student insurance policies and terms and conditions.
Conditions of Booking
Individual “No shows‘” will lose 100 percent of total payment. Cancellation within 7 days will lose 60 percent of total payment. Cancellation before 7 days prior to competition will receive full refund.
Cancellation of airline ticket and insurance - no refund.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Students will be sharing 2 to a room. If team number is a odd number, one room will be a triple
Atrium Premier Hotel – Juffair. If the groups exceeds 15 teams a second hotel will be used.
MEUC - Dubai Unity Cup Rules of Behaviour
1. During evening activities students are not permitted to leave the premises that we are using, especially the City Centre and other malls.
2. Children who show disrespect towards supervisors: First offence warning; Second offence 1 match suspension; Third offence equals expulsion from competition.
3. No child is allowed out of the hotel without a supervisor or teacher. After negotiation, with team coach, an expulsion from the competition will apply and possibly the player will be sent home early.
4. Players involved using alcohol or drugs will be put on the next plane home, any expense for early departure will be billed to the school/club/organisation.
5. Fighting with opposing team players may result in suspension or expulsion in and outside of competition.
6. All rooms at check in will be checked for damages on arrival by team coach/students and reported to Camp Director. Occupants of that room will pay for any damage caused by participants to rooms. These rules are adhered to, to ensure a safe and fun environment for your children/students.

All meals are provided, including a packed lunch during the tournament

Student Behaviour Contract for School Trips
Throughout the duration of your school trip you are expected to
· abide by all school rules and policies, and all laws of the host country;
· be sensitive to the culture of the host country;
· behave responsibly and be punctual
· take good care of your own property
· remain under the supervision of the trip leaders and local guides and follow the instructions, the planned programme and scheduled times;
· follow the curfews determined by the trip leaders and stay in the designated rooms
· cooperate fully with the trip leaders and maintain a helpful, respectful and supportive attitude towards fellow students and activities;
· use iPods and other electronic equipment only in accordance with the guidelines designated by the leaders;
· not use, sell, be in possession of alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs at any time, regardless of age;
· not jeopardise the safety of yourself or members of the group at any time.
In the event that you do not follow the above expectations, you may:
· be suspended from further participation in the trip and possibly be sent home immediately at your parents’ cost;
· be barred from all overseas travel organised by the school for the remainder of the school year and for the next academic year;
· be faced with disciplinary action upon your return to school
· be responsible for any financial liability or obligation that is incurred by any misbehaviour or carelessness on your part.
