This is a great opportunity to promote your brand and presence at the event to all delegates. Your insert will be put into the official delegate bag. These will be distributed to each delegate at registration.

This is a unique opportunity to place your company logo or product logo on 5 carpet tiles (1m x 1m) throughout the exhibition area. This is a highly visible ways to reinforce your presence at the BCS event.
There are only TWO opportunities available /
- Sponsor to have their logo on 5 carpet tiles evenly distributed around the exhibition
Internet Stations on the Education Hall / £15,000 + vat
Internet Stations are popular features enabling conference delegates to keep in touch whilst at the event.
At the 2018 event there will be 3 internet stations with 2 terminals on each station. These will be positioned on the exhibition floor and in close proximity to the conference suites.
This is an exclusive opportunity /
- Sponsor to have ‘Internet Station sponsored by sponsors name and logo’ on the 3 Stations
- Sponsor to have their logo on the screen saver and desk-top of each computer of the Internet Stations
- Sponsor to have a literature rack at each Internet Station (provided by BCS)
- Sponsor to have ‘Internet Station sponsored by sponsors name and logo’ on drop banner above the Stations(provided by BCS)
- Sponsor to have their name and logo when the areas are promoted on the BCS website, in the BCS 2018Conference Programme
BCS Annual Dinner – Tuesday 5 June 2018 / -£1000 per table (10 guests)
Taking place on Tuesday 5 June - this is a great social networking opportunity as all BCS Board and Programme Committee members attend.
