Brisbane Organic Growers Inc. would like to invite you to participate in our Organic Fair to be held on Sunday 27th August, 2017 at The Peace Hall, 102 McDonald Road, Windsor, Brisbane.

Important dates

  • Applications and payment due no later than 7th August, 2017
  • Successful applicants will be advised by 14th August, 2017.
  • Final stall locations will be confirmed on the day, although BOGI will endeavour to provide confirmation of locations earlier.

On the day:

  • BOGI traffic organisers will be on hand from 6am for vehicle access into the park and to direct you to the right locations. If you arrive earlier, we would ask that you are considerate with regards to our neighbours and noise.
  • Stalls must be set up by 8.00am, and all vehicles to be removed from the area by then.

Please note:

  • As the number of spaces will be limited, they will be allocated strictly in accordance with the receipt of completed applications (fully paid) until all spaces are filled
  • Brisbane Organic Growers Inc reserves the right of refusal

As part of allowing BOGI the use of the park, the council requirements for the fair include:

  • All marquees must be free standing
  • Walking on the mulched areas is to be minimised
  • Vehicles are allowed into the park for drop off and pick up of stall items only
  • All food stuffs are to prepared and sold in accordance with the provisions of the “Food Act 2006”. Stallholders are referred to the Temporary Food Stall guidelines provided at this address:
  • Council retains the right to postpone or cancel the use of the park due to inclement weather.

I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify BRISBANE ORGANIC GROWERS INC. from any claims or litigation arising from any action or any injury caused or incurred by me while operating my stall at the Organic Fair held at 102 McDonald Road, Windsor on Sunday, 27th August, 2017.
