L: Parents, will you continue in your baptismal promise, trusting in the Holy Spirit to work in your child’s life? Will you continue to hold them in prayer, and work to equip them for their continued faith journey?

Parents: We will, and we ask God to help and guide us.

L: People of God, as these graduates begin a new phase of their lives, do you intend to support and pray for them through all their joys and sorrows?

Let us pray. God of creation, pour out your Holy Spirit on these students as they enter a new period of life and faith.
