Dear Bridge City High School Alumnus:

Homecoming 2016 is Friday, October 7th. The classes of 1957-66, 1976, 1986, 1996, and 2006 will be honored this year. Additionally, the 1966 Texas State Football Championship Team will be recognized as we celebrate 50 Years Proud since this is the 50th anniversary of their outstanding accomplishment. A reception honoring all graduates and the state championship team will be held Friday, October 7th at the Bridge City Middle School gym from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. All team members, coaches, managers/trainers, and cheerleaders will be recognized during pre-game activities. Please plan to join the Bridge City community in saluting our alumni and state championship team!

The Bridge City High School Alumni Association will host a special Classic Cardinal Reunion on Saturday, October 8th. The classes of 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, and 1966 along with the 1966 state championship team are invited to the event at Bridge City High School. Of course, any other alumni and guests are welcome. We will have a social hour from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. A meal will be catered in the Bridge City High School Cafeteria at the cost of $18 per person. Entertainment and door prizes will be provided. A photographer will be available for anyone wanting pictures.

Arrangements have been made with LaQuinta Inns and Suites in Bridge City to block rooms at the special rate of $89 per night for alumni traveling from out of town. Simply call 409 735-2221 and mention Bridge City Homecoming to receive the rate.

Dues for the BCHS Alumni Association are free. We rely on the generosity of our alumni to continue working directly with Bridge City High School to promote its traditions and celebrate its history. You were responsible in shaping BCHS and thank you for being a part of its future. Your donations are sincerely appreciated!
