First Item: Welcome from the chair – Ben Ramsdale

Second Item: Presentation of Liverpool Hope SU Impact – Ben Ramsdale
*What is this? Ben Ramsdale, President, will report on the Union’s activity and development over the past year. There will be a chance later to ask Ben and the Vice Presidents questions. / 5 minutes
Third Item: Presentation of Liverpool Hope SU Financial Review 2012/13 – Shauna Fivey
*What is this? On behalf of the Board of Trustees, Shauna will present a report on the Students’ Union Finances. There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the three sabbatical officers on the finances. Members will be asked to approve the annual trustee report and accounts information presented. / 15 Minutes
Fourth Item – : Affiliations – Ben Ramsdale
*What is this? Ben will present a list of affiliations for the Union for 2014/15 to organisations such as the National Union of Students and British University and College Sports and you can vote on whether to approve them. / 10 minutes
Fifth Item: Presentation of Liverpool Hope SU Future Direction, Strategic Plan – Pete Downey
*What is this? Pete will report on the unions’ progress to date in creating a three year strategic plan and vision for the union. There will be a chance later to ask Pete questions. / 10 minutes

*What is this? This is an opportunity to hold your sabbatical officers to account and ask them questions about what they have been doing, what they are planning to do and any other matters. / 15 Minutes
Seventh Item – SO Elections – Ben Ramsdale
*What is this? Ben Ramsdale will play a short promotional video about the upcoming Students’ Union Elections. /

*What is this? Raechel Mattey is the Vice President (Union Development) for the National Union of Students. She will speak about the challenges facing Students’ Unions in the coming years and will take questions. /
