Alatsi means natural sea salt in Greek, with a Cretan accent. All ingredients used in our kitchen come from small, selected producers and are prepared in a simple and healthy way. Alatsi was launched in September 2005 and has since then received one “Golden Chef’s Hat” and six “Gourmet” awards for the quality of its cuisine and service.
