Robert was disappointed to learn from David that we could not have the proposed Venue of the Baptist Church for our Annual Exhibition which was previously planned for the Bank Holiday Weekend at the end of August. Robert has suggested an alternative weekend:

Thursday 13th SeptemberSetting up evening

Friday 14th SeptemberExhibition

Saturday 15th SeptemberExhibition followed by a BBQ for all club members

This was agreed in principle by all, but is to be confirmed.

Robert suggested that members start thinking about the photographs they wish to exhibit, and to also consider the Titles, which will need to be submitted on a form to be provided nearer the time.
