Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in some foods. Vitamin B12 is required for proper red blood cell formation, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. Curcumin(CUR), a common Indian spice effectively binds amyloid plaquesin the brain, which is a hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). These plaques, which are misfolded and resistant to breakdown by enzymes, can be stabilized by curcumin binding and revert to a neuroprotective state. Nicotinamide riboside(NR) is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) precursor. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in redox activities in the mitochondrial electron transport chain and has been identified as a key regulator of lifespan-extending effects. Furthermore, activation of NAD+ expression has been linked with a decrease in the amyloid plaque toxicity inAD. The polymannose (Acemannan) has been shown to improve the cognitive response rate of AD patients, and is important,along with the above components,as a strong antioxidant to cleanse the brain.

Very rarely, side effects may include nausea, rash, indigestion, and diarrhea. Stop consumptionand side effects will cease.Consult your doctor if necessary.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

Taking Curcumin along with medications that slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding. Some medications that slow clotting include aspirin, Ibuprophen (Advil, Motrin, and others), Naproxen, Dahlteparin, Enoxaperin (Lowernox, heparin,warfarin, Coumedin), and others. Consult your doctor for the above mentioned.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Recommended 5 drops in the morning and 5 in the evening mixed with water or juice. One may add 10 drops to 300 ml of water and drink from early afternoon into the evening. Holding the vial vertically while administering the drops will help minimize the supplement material around the tip.

CAUTION

When in contact with the skin, the characteristic yellow color of the Curcumin stains. Stop use if a rash develops and consult a doctor.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store in the refrigerator or at room temperature below 86 F (30 C) in the Dark.
